Vilmorin Garden extends its contract at Segro Logistics Park Poznań

SEGRO, a leading owner, developer, and manager of modern warehouse and production space, has extended its agreement with Vilmorin Garden at SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Komorniki. The company will continue its operations in 10,500 sq m of modern warehouse space, confirming the strategic importance of this location for its continued growth.

The collaboration between SEGRO and Vilmorin Garden began in 2008. The decision to extend the agreement underscores the trust in the high-quality facility management and the partnership with SEGRO, which has provided the client with key infrastructure supporting its development for years.

Vilmorin Garden is a company with a long tradition, dating back to the mid-18th century, specializing in the production, packaging, and distribution of high-quality vegetable, flower, and herb seeds, as well as grass mixtures. The space at SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Komorniki, has been a key element of the company’s operational base for years. In 2022, the company expanded its operations and leased 10,500 sq m. in a new facility at the SEGRO warehouse park in Komorniki.
