The new Kolba complex in Czeladź

Tender awarded, construction begins

SKB LDR has been selected to deliver an industrial complex for Kolba, a company specializing in the sale of hunting, shooting, and military equipment. The new investment will be located in Czeladź, and the total area of the facility will exceed 10,000 sqm.

The project will be carried out in a “design and build” formula, meaning the contractor will be responsible for both the preparation of design documentation and the execution of construction works.

“This is a unique project for us. After years of experience in industrial and logistics construction, we are moving into a facility dedicated to the defense sector. Working with Kolba allows us to combine our expertise in steel structures and modern construction with the safety and functional requirements demanded by shooting and storage infrastructure”

Office facilities and industrial section

The central element of the investment will be a four‑storey office building serving as the administrative hub for the entire complex. It will be complemented by a parking structure featuring a glazed ground floor. Next to it, halls dedicated to warehousing and logistics operations will be developed. This layout is intended to consolidate multiple operational processes in a single location.

Shooting ranges and weapons storage

The project also includes infrastructure related to Kolba’s core business. The complex will feature a firearms and ammunition warehouse with a long‑distance shooting range, as well as a two‑storey facility designed for shorter training sessions and testing. The entire development will encompass exactly 10,168 sqm.

One location – many functions

The new investment is designed to combine office, warehouse, and training functions. Such multi‑purpose projects are increasingly being developed outside major urban centers, where access to large plots of land and transport infrastructure is more readily available.
