Rhenus is developing near Poznań

Hillwood Polska has signed a lease agreement with international logistics operator Rhenus Warehousing Solutions. Under the agreement, the company has leased nearly 10,000 square meters of warehouse and office space in the Hillwood Poznań-Czempiń logistics park, strengthening its operational presence in the Greater Poland region.

Rhenus Warehousing Solutions is part of the Rhenus Group, one of the leading companies specializing in logistics services. The group employs 39,000 people in 1,300 business locations in over 70 countries, developing innovative solutions for the entire supply chain.

In the Hillwood Poznań-Czempiń complex, the tenant has leased approximately 10,000 square meters of warehouse space and 300 square meters of office space designated as a two-story office that will support the company’s ongoing logistics operations.

“The launch of the Czempiń warehouse strengthens Rhenus Warehousing Solutions’ strategic presence in a key logistics region of Poland and aligns with our long-term strategy for developing our warehousing offerings in Central and Eastern Europe. The project, implemented jointly with Hillwood Polska, is based on a partnership approach, high investment standards, and a full understanding of the needs of a logistics operator in a dynamic market environment,” commented Przemysław Zarzecki, Senior Business Development Manager, Rhenus Warehousing Solutions Polska.

Hillwood Poznań – Czempiń is located approximately 35 km from Poznań and 135 km from Wrocław, in the immediate vicinity of the S5 expressway and 18 km from the A2 motorway. The park’s design includes expansion by an additional 75,000 sq m.
