Panattoni is building an InPost terminal
Panattoni has begun construction of a new logistics terminal for InPost near Toruń. The 16,500-square-meter cross-dock facility will be developed using the BTS formula and will support the further development of the operator’s logistics network. Completion is scheduled for late this summer.
“This project for InPost is an example of an investment designed with specific operational needs in mind and confirms our experience in delivering modern logistics facilities. It also demonstrates our long-standing partnership with the client and the completion of numerous similar facilities for them across the country,” says Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni.
The terminal will be equipped with advanced technological solutions enabling the efficient handling of growing shipment volumes and the optimization of logistics processes. The project involves the implementation of modern solutions supporting the automation of operations, as well as improving energy efficiency and user comfort.
The new development is located near the Lubicz Junction, connecting the A1 motorway – running from Poland’s northern to southern border – with national road no. 80. This allows for quick access to various parts of the region and the country. The park is just 10 km from the center of Toruń and 53 km from Bydgoszcz. Its location in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship also allows for access to the Port of Gdańsk, one of the largest ports in Europe, in less than two hours.
In accordance with Panattoni’s standards, the development will receive BREEAM certification with an Excellent rating.
