New VRE warehouse investment
Construction of the modern VRE Janki logistics park has begun in Sokołów. It is being developed by Value Real Estate in collaboration with Hines and Kajima Poland. The investment is intended to strengthen the warehouse infrastructure in the Warsaw metropolitan area and attract new tenants.

Modern Warehouse and High Environmental Standards
The investment will include the construction of a modern warehouse facility with an area of approximately 30,000 square meters. The facility is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2027, and its high standard will be confirmed by a BREEAM Excellent environmental certification. The design places particular emphasis on sustainability and user comfort, including: Employee relaxation areas, electric car charging stations, and a rooftop photovoltaic panel installation meet current market needs.

VRE Janki Logistics Park is a location with exceptional transport links, offering extensive opportunities for optimizing logistics operations. It is located on Sąsiedzka Street in Sokołów, directly adjacent to the two-way access to the S8 (Białystok-Wrocław) and S7 (Gdańsk-Kraków) expressways, as well as a short distance from the A2 (Warsaw-Berlin) motorway.
