New tenant in City Logistics Łódź VI

Panattoni, the world’s most active industrial real estate developer, has signed a new tenant for its city-owned investment in Łódź. OLMED, a company operating a pharmacy and online drugstore, has leased 9,500 square meters of space at City Logistics Łódź VI.

The OLMED Group operates a wide range of medical services in Łódź, as well as retail operations, including a network of brick-and-mortar pharmacies, an online pharmacy, and a drugstore that has expanded its product range to include dermocosmetics and cosmetics. Further expansion of the e-commerce channel requires appropriate facilities, which is why the decision was made to relocate the warehouse to City Logistics Łódź VI.

“Moving our logistics processes to the new distribution center is an important step in the development of our three e-commerce platforms: sklepuolmed.pl, drogeriaolmed.pl, and sklepuzawiszy.pl. With significantly more space than before, in a modern, well-located facility, we will be able to significantly increase operational efficiency. The location, with direct access to major transportation routes, enables supply chain optimization and shortened shipping times to customers across Poland. Collaborating with Panattoni will enable us to gain further competitive advantages and strengthen the Olmed Group’s position as a leading e-commerce platform in Poland in the health and beauty sector,” says Jakub Lisiński, CEO of Olmed (Olmed Pharmacy).

The space has been adapted to OLMED’s requirements – the adaptation included, among other things, the preparation of a mezzanine to increase usable space and the installation of automation systems to support logistics processes. The tenant will begin operations at City Logistics Łódź VI in the first quarter of 2026.

“Olmed is enjoying success in the promising e-commerce market – we are delighted that the company has chosen us as a partner in its further business development. I am confident that City Logistics Łódź VI – a facility designed with modern distribution in mind – will meet the tenant’s expectations and contribute to its further growth,” says Marek Dobrzycki, Partner at Panattoni. “Łódź is one of the key logistics markets in Poland. We have been present here since the company’s inception, over 20 years ago. During this time, we have delivered over 2.4 million square meters of modern industrial space in the region, including over 230,000 square meters within the City Logistics segment. We are already planning further projects.”

City Logistics Łódź VI is a facility with a total area of 25,000 square meters located on Dostawcza Street in Łódź. This brownfield development was built on the site of a former gas bottling plant, allowing Panattoni to repurpose land located within the city limits for industrial use. The project has achieved BREEAM environmental certification with an Excellent rating. Its location in the eastern part of Łódź provides excellent access to city infrastructure, including public transport, making it easy for employees to access the facility. Another advantage of the facility is its flexibility – its small units allow for a variety of businesses, such as e-commerce, warehousing, light manufacturing, and logistics.
