New Prologis Agreement with Logisteed Poland

Prologis, a global leader in logistics real estate, has signed a new agreement with Logisteed Poland (formerly ESA Logistics Polska) at Prologis Park Wrocław IV. One of the leading supply chain operators in Central and Eastern Europe has leased over 5,200 square meters of modern warehouse space and approximately 330 square meters of office space. The new location will serve as an operational base for logistics services, encompassing warehousing, distribution, and processes supporting the efficient flow of goods in the international market.

Logisteed Poland’s scope of operations

Logisteed Poland provides comprehensive services in transportation, warehousing, distribution, and logistics process outsourcing. Sales and distribution support services, such as labeling, co-packing, and custom order picking, are also a key element of the company’s operations. As a member of TAPA (Transported Asset Protection Association), the operator places particular emphasis on the security of its operations, which is crucial when serving customers in the high-value products sector and places high demands on its warehouse facilities.

Its attractiveness is primarily determined by its strategic location, excellent road infrastructure, strong logistics facilities, and access to a qualified workforce. Prologis has a strong presence in Lower Silesia, and we also have the potential to implement additional warehouse projects.” Prologis Park Wrocław V, located directly on the A4 motorway and the S8 expressway, offers the opportunity to develop new facilities totaling over 58,000 square meters, fully tailored to individual customer needs. Extensive Collaboration Between Logisteed Poland and Prologis

Prologis’s new agreement with Logisteed Poland marks the next stage in the development of the partnership between the companies. In 2025, the operator leased over 15,000 square meters of warehouse and office space at Prologis Park Piotrków, strengthening its operational footprint in central Poland.
