New investment of MLP Group in Rzeszów

MLP Group is consistently expanding its portfolio of modern logistics parks in Poland. The Group has launched a new investment, MLP Rzeszów, located in the Podkarpacie region. The first phase will include the construction of a 26,000-square-meter warehouse facility, and the park will ultimately offer approximately 65,000 square meters of modern warehouse and production space. The first facility is scheduled for completion in December of this year.

MLP Group has begun construction of MLP Rzeszów, a new logistics park in southeastern Poland. The investment is being carried out speculatively, reflecting the Group’s belief in the region’s strong development potential and the continuing demand for high-quality logistics space.

A modern 26,000-square-meter facility is being built in the first phase. BREMER Sp. z o.o. is the general contractor for the project. Construction is scheduled for completion in December of this year.

Ultimately, MLP Rzeszów will offer approximately 65,000 square meters of space within a modern logistics complex. The facility will be constructed in accordance with MLP Group standards, meeting the highest technical, operational, and environmental requirements. The investment will be BREEAM certified at an Excellent level, confirming its high energy efficiency and the implementation of solutions supporting sustainable development.

MLP Rzeszów is being built in a strategic location in the Podkarpacie region, just 1.7 km from the existing S19 expressway junction, 3.5 km from the existing A4 motorway junction, and approximately 6 km from Rzeszów Jasionka Airport. The proximity of the Ukrainian border and convenient access to key transportation routes will ensure future tenants have efficient distribution in both the domestic and international markets.
