A manufacturer that has been setting standards of excellence for decades
For decades, the manufacturer has been synonymous with craftsmanship, revolutionizing the music market by combining the traditional art of instrument making with modern technologies.
High-quality instruments require top-notch facilities
Such exceptional instruments require equally high-quality facilities – therefore, the decision to locate operations at CTPark Warsaw Janki clearly confirms the facility’s highest technical standards and the quality of the infrastructure, ensuring optimal storage conditions. Modern, Class A business parks from CTP’s portfolio, designed to meet stringent operational requirements, guarantee technologically advanced space.
A strategic decision and Poland’s growing role in the region
“The new tenant has secured over 16% of the space in the WJAN01 building, the first facility commissioned within CTPark Warsaw Janki. The choice of this location by a global manufacturer of high-quality instruments is consistent with the broader trend of Asian companies locating their operations in Poland. Thanks to its location and developed infrastructure, our country offers these entities optimal conditions for serving European markets, and CTP provides them with the necessary industrial and warehousing facilities,” says Patrycja Wiesemann, Senior Business Developer at CTP Polska.
New Warehouse Center as a Component of Global Infrastructure
Faced with the dynamic technological and energy transformation, Poland is strengthening its role as a key partner for Asian investors in Central and Eastern Europe. The new warehouse center near Warsaw is a key element of the brand’s European logistics infrastructure, which boasts international production facilities. This decision supports the company’s continued expansion in the region and its aspirations to continually improve the experience of artists on all continents.
Flexible Space in the CTFlex Formula
The warehouse will be located in a facility built using the CTFlex formula, which allows for the convenient division of modules with an area of approximately 1,500 square meters. The flexible layout allows for adapting the space not only to the needs of logistics and manufacturing companies, but also to more specialized businesses.
Development of the Complex and Excellent Location
The first phase of the complex in Puchały, near Warsaw, has already been completed and comprises a building with an area of 9,134 square meters. The developer is currently constructing another hall (22,055 square meters) using the CTSpace concept (big box, with the option of dividing into larger modules). The business park’s location directly on the S8 expressway provides quick connections to Warsaw and access to major exit routes, significantly facilitating the organization of domestic and international transport, and consequently, the efficient distribution of goods.
