MLP Wrocław fully leased

MLP Wrocław is now fully leased.

For years, MLP Group has remained the first choice for many companies when seeking modern warehouse space. This is confirmed by another lease transaction in Wrocław, which has fully leased the MLP Wrocław complex.

iLogic has joined the ranks of tenants at the modern MLP Wrocław center. The company has leased over 3,400 square meters of space, including 3,100 square meters of warehouse space and 300 square meters of modern offices and staff facilities. Under the terms of the agreement, the tenant will gain full access to the facility in early 2027.

iLogic is a Polish company based in Wrocław that has operated as the official distributor of Delphi Tools since 2019 and specializes in the online sale of a variety of products, primarily tools and power tools.

“The very attractive offerings of our logistics parks ensure that tenant interest remains exceptionally high.” In practice, this means that any space that becomes available quickly finds a new tenant. MLP Wrocław is a prime example of this, as the facility was once again fully occupied within a short period of time,” emphasizes Agnieszka Góźdź, Member of the Management Board and Chief Development Officer at MLP Group S.A.

MLP Wrocław is a 66,228 sq m logistics complex located in the northeastern part of Wrocław (Psie Pole district), approximately 14 km from the city center. The park was built on a 13-hectare plot and comprises five Class A warehouse buildings. The facility is distinguished by its high technical standards, modern infrastructure, and sustainable construction solutions. Its excellent location near the E67 national road and the S8 expressway provides quick access to major transport arteries connecting Wrocław with Warsaw and other regions of Poland and Europe.

The buildings hold prestigious BREEAM certifications, confirming the implementation of numerous environmentally friendly solutions. Among other things, the facilities have implemented: Energy-efficient LED lighting, low-emission heating systems, water-saving fixtures, as well as bicycle infrastructure and a car-sharing program. The facility’s surroundings have been enhanced with flower meadows, retention reservoirs, and insect hotels, enhancing local biodiversity. Photovoltaic panels have been installed on the hall roofs, supporting MLP Group’s strategy of achieving carbon neutrality.
