MLP Pruszków II with a new tenant

The attractive location, modern infrastructure, and dynamic development of the MLP Pruszków II complex are attracting companies from many sectors of the economy. IF&B Mille Sapori, a renowned importer and distributor of high-quality Italian food products in Poland, has just joined the tenant ranks.

IF&B Mille Sapori has leased 4,118 square meters of modern warehouse space in the facility under construction, which is scheduled for completion in October of this year. The leased space also includes specialized refrigeration and freezer rooms, suitable for storing products requiring controlled temperatures. The company will also have access to 172 square meters of comfortable office and staff space, designed with high functionality and user comfort in mind. According to the schedule, the tenant will have early access to the facility in September of this year, with full handover planned for the end of October.

IF&B Mille Sapori is one of the leading importers and distributors of Italian food products in Poland, serving primarily the HoReCa sector. The company offers a wide range of products, including: cheeses, cold cuts, pasta, and olive oils, providing comprehensive supplies for restaurants and food service establishments.

This is a natural stage in the development of our logistics in Poland,” emphasized Michał Mazurek, Operations Director at IF&B Mille Sapori.

MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics center located in the Brwinów commune, just 5 km from Pruszków and in the immediate vicinity of Warsaw. The complex will have a total leasable area of ​​427,000 square meters, making it the largest warehouse park in the region. The investment is being developed in accordance with the highest standards of sustainable construction. Selected buildings are BREEAM certified, and photovoltaic systems are installed on their roofs, aligning with MLP Group’s ESG strategy.

An undeniable advantage of the park is its excellent transport links. The complex is located between local road no. 760 and the A2 motorway, approximately 3 km from the Pruszków-Żbików junction. Its proximity to international railway lines facilitates efficient distribution to both domestic and international markets. Additionally, the development site includes a bus stop and a Nextbike bicycle station, enhancing employee commute comfort.
