MLP Poznań West with a new tenant

MLP Group maintains strong leasing activity by securing another tenant for its MLP Poznań West logistics center. Stockly, a company specializing in 3D printing supplies, has joined the complex’s client list. The tenant has leased approximately 2,400 square meters of modern warehouse and office space and has already begun using the warehouse section in an early access format. The facility is scheduled for full operation in December 2026.

The tenant will occupy approximately 2,400 square meters of space within the expanded MLP Poznań West complex. Over 2,100 square meters will be designated for warehousing, while approximately 250 square meters will be occupied by modern staff and office spaces located in a two-story building. Stockly has already obtained early access to the warehouse section. The office space is scheduled for handover in early December of this year.

Stockly is a Polish company specializing in 3D printing technologies, including the sale of consumables, 3D printers, pens, and accessories, as well as providing professional services. The company supports both individual and business clients in prototyping and small-scale production. It also offers its products through its online store, filament3d.pl.

“Signing the agreement with Stockly is further proof of the growing attractiveness of MLP Poznań West as a location for companies in the modern logistics and e-commerce sectors. Customers appreciate not only the strategic location of our park, but also the high quality of the space offered and the flexibility in adapting solutions to their dynamically growing businesses. We are consistently implementing our strategy of building long-term relationships with tenants and supporting them in optimizing their supply chains,” emphasized Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group.

MLP Poznań West is a modern distribution center located on the western side of Poznań, directly next to the S11 expressway and just 7 km from the A2 motorway junction and the S11 route. Ultimately, the complex will offer over 173,000 square meters of space, constituting one of MLP Group’s key projects in the European logistics real estate market. The park is primarily dedicated to companies in the e-commerce, logistics, distribution, and light manufacturing sectors, while also aligning with the global trends of nearshoring and shortening supply chains.

The investment is being implemented in accordance with the highest standards of sustainable development. Photovoltaic panels are being installed on the buildings’ roofs, and infrastructure for cyclists, electric vehicle charging stations, and biodiversity-supporting spaces, such as insect shelters, are being built within the complex. The office areas are designed with user comfort in mind. Extensive glazing provides access to daylight and promotes a pleasant working environment. The buildings are undergoing BREEAM certification, confirming their high quality and environmental performance.
