MLP Business Park Poznań with a new tenant

MLP Group is consistently strengthening the position of its urban project in the Poznań metropolitan area. REHAU, a leading manufacturer of advanced polymer systems for construction, automotive, and industrial applications, has joined the tenant ranks of the modern MLP Business Park Poznań complex. The new lease confirms the attractiveness of the investment as a place combining warehouse, office, and exhibition functions in a prestigious urban location.

According to the signed agreement, REHAU has leased approximately 4,100 square meters of modern space. The facility will comprise approximately 2,900 square meters of warehouse space, approximately 400 square meters of comfortable office and staff space, and over 300 square meters of showroom space. The entire facility has been designed with operational efficiency, optimal logistics organization, and the creation of a representative space for product presentations and meetings with business partners in mind.

The tenant will have early access to the facility this fall, with full handover planned before the end of 2026.

REHAU Sp. z o.o. specializes in the production of innovative plastic solutions, offering materials for the furniture industry, including furniture boards and edges, window and door profiles, underfloor heating, and plumbing systems. A modern REHAU showroom, aimed at clients and interior designers, will be an integral part of the facility. The exhibition and training space will enable the presentation of the brand’s solutions and the organization of meetings and training sessions. The new headquarters for the furniture and installation department in Poznań will create the conditions for the company to further optimize its logistics processes and deepen customer relationships in the region.

MLP Business Park Poznań is a modern, urban project offering a total of 49,900 square meters of space. The complex is located just 9 km from the center of Poznań, at 18 Wołczyńska Street. One of the key advantages of the investment is its excellent transport links. Bus and tram stops and the Poznań Junikowo train station are located nearby, and the A2 motorway is only 2.5 km away. This location facilitates fast and efficient last-mile logistics while also enabling the creation of a prestigious company headquarters near the city center.
