Manta returns to City Point Targówek

Peakside Capital Advisors is continuing its leasing program at the largest urban logistics park within Warsaw’s administrative boundaries. Manta, a dynamically growing manufacturer and distributor of consumer electronics, has joined the tenants of City Point Targówek. This is a particularly significant transaction, as Manta returns to Targówek after several years, confirming the strategic importance of this location on Warsaw’s logistics map and selecting City Point Targówek as the optimal platform for further growth.

Manta has leased over 3,000 m² of modern space, of which approximately 2,500 m² will be designated for warehouses and services, and nearly 600 m² for offices and staff rooms. The leased space is located in the newly constructed C1 building, which is part of the largest logistics park currently under construction within Warsaw’s city limits.

The new building will offer a total of approximately 17,000 m² of usable space, a significant portion of which has already been leased. The project is being implemented in accordance with sustainable development principles and incorporates a number of environmentally friendly solutions. These include: Climate change adaptation measures, such as reducing the urban heat island effect through the use of light-colored facades, white and green roofs, photovoltaic installations, and rainwater harvesting systems for sanitary purposes, will be implemented.

Each building will have access to loading and ground ramps, and the building will be connected to the municipal heating network. Workplace comfort will be enhanced by skylights, providing natural daylight to 2-12% of the roof area, as well as employee amenities such as recreational areas, breakout areas, and social spaces. The facility will also feature electric vehicle charging stations and covered bicycle shelters.

“City Point Targówek is being developed as a next-generation urban logistics project. In addition to warehousing, it also encompasses manufacturing operations and innovative, technologically advanced solutions. This approach is unique in such a central location. We are responding to the growing demand from last-mile operators by offering urban warehouse modules. This type of space is currently among the most limited on the market, especially in locations well-connected to Warsaw city center. The strong interest in the C1 building confirms that tenants are looking for more than just warehouse space. Environmental standards, work comfort, and the ability to tailor the facility to specific business needs are becoming increasingly important. Our goal is to create parks that combine operational efficiency with the quality typical of modern office investments,” said Olga Wałkiewicz, Leasing Director at Peakside Capital Advisors.

Ultimately, City Point Targówek will offer approximately 100,000 m² of modern warehouse and manufacturing space. The project is being developed on a former industrial site and has been designed as a multifunctional urban park that meets the highest environmental and quality standards. Building C1 will strive to achieve the highest ratings in environmental certification systems, including BREEAM Outstanding, LEED Platinum, and WELL HSR.

The complex is tailored to the needs of both urban logistics and manufacturing or business operations requiring customized technical solutions. A key advantage of the project is its urban location, providing convenient access to public transportation and major thoroughfares. This makes City Point Targówek one of the largest, most modern, and most environmentally friendly urban logistics parks in Warsaw.
