MAG expands its footprint in Gdańsk
Morska Agencja Gdynia (MAG) has expanded the warehouse and office space occupied in the CTPark Gdańsk Port complex to nearly 28,000 sq m.
- Morska Agencja Gdynia (MAG) specializes in comprehensive ship services, freight forwarding, and intermodal transport.
- Expanding its operations to include warehouse logistics was a natural development in its pursuit to offer door-to-door services for imports from China.
- The MAG logistics center at CTPark Gdańsk Port offers dedicated storage space for palletized goods, big bags, food and feed products, e-commerce services, as well as heavy and long cargo.
“We needed modern infrastructure that would keep up with MAG’s growth, and the location in the immediate vicinity of the port of Gdańsk is unrivaled,” says Gracjan Gryncewicz, warehouse director at the Gdynia Maritime Agency.
From CTP’s perspective, MAG’s expansion confirms the growing role of CTPark Gdańsk Port as an operational base for companies operating in maritime logistics, forwarding and international trade.
CTPark Gdańsk Port is a modern industrial and logistics complex located in Gdańsk, in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Hub deepwater terminal, the railway port and key communication routes – including national road no. 89 and the A1 motorway.
This location makes the park a natural operational base for companies operating in maritime logistics, forwarding and international trade.
“We are proud that our existing collaboration with such a renowned partner as Morska Agencja Gdynia is growing – for us, it is the ultimate proof of trust. The tenant’s expansion confirms that CTPark Gdańsk Port’s strategic location, right next to a key logistics hub in northern Poland, is crucial for companies operating in the TSL sector and supporting maritime trade, while also providing a solid foundation for a long-term business partnership,” says Kornelia Łukaszewska-Ciesielska, Business Developer at CTP.
In response to the growing needs of its tenants, CTP is consistently developing the next phases of its investment. In addition to the two existing CTSpace warehouses, the purchased 14-hectare plot will also feature new big-box facilities and smaller small business unit (SBU) segments, offered as CTPBox and CTFlex. This will allow CTPark Gdańsk Port to flexibly support companies’ growth at each stage of their operations, without having to relocate.
