Lease extensions at P3 Poznań

P3 Logistic Parks, a long-term investor, developer, and manager of logistics properties in Europe, has signed further lease extensions at the P3 Poznań logistics park. The decisions of existing tenants to remain in this location confirm the park’s strong position in the Greater Poland warehouse market.

The new agreements cover a total of over 64,000 m² of warehouse and office space in three buildings: DC1, DC3, and DC4. Companies such as PF Logo Express and Hager Polo, which have been present in the park for many years and are developing their logistics operations here, have decided to continue their partnership with P3. PF Logo Express specializes in promotional product printing for several thousand customers located both in Europe and beyond. It has operated in the Poznań park for over a decade. This time, it decided to extend its lease for 49,679 m² in two warehouses – DC3 and DC4. Hager Polo, a leading provider of comprehensive electrical solutions, has extended its lease for the DC1 warehouse, where it occupies 7,397 m² of modern space.

P3 Poznań still offers available space. Units of 5,000, 10,000, and 15,000 m² are available for interested parties. At the same time, P3 is expanding its presence in the region. In the nearby town of Dachowa, it has land that can be used to develop approximately 139,000 m² of modern warehouse space.
