Ingram Micro and MLP extend their partnership

MLP Group is strengthening its relationship with a key tenant in the new technology sector. Ingram Micro, a leading distributor of IT solutions and mobile devices, has extended its lease at the MLP Pruszków II logistics center, covering approximately 8,200 square meters of modern space.

The decision to extend the lease confirms the long-term partnership between the two companies. Ingram Micro joined the MLP Group tenants in 2020. The tenant will continue to have access to approximately 8,200 square meters of modern space, including over 7,900 square meters of warehouse space and nearly 3,000 square meters of office and staff spaces.

MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics park located in the immediate vicinity of Warsaw, offering flexible space tailored to the needs of companies in the logistics, distribution, and e-commerce sectors. The location and high standard of the facility perfectly meet the requirements of dynamically growing technology organizations.

Ingram Micro is a global distributor providing business partners with quick and easy access to the latest technologies and innovative business solutions. The company specializes in the distribution of IT equipment and mobile devices from global brands, offering comprehensive support in areas such as computer networks, data centers, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, computer hardware, components, peripherals, and mobile communication devices.

The transaction is consistent with MLP Group’s strategy to build long-term relationships with tenants and provide modern, flexible, and sustainable logistics solutions for companies operating in key sectors of the economy.

MLP Pruszków II is the largest logistics complex in the region, with a target leasable area of ​​427,000 square meters. Selected buildings have been awarded the prestigious BREEAM certification, and in line with MLP Group’s ESG strategy, photovoltaic panels are being installed on the roofs.

The park boasts excellent transport accessibility. It is located between local road no. 760 and the A2 motorway, just 3 km from the Pruszków–Żbików junction. International railway lines run nearby, providing excellent conditions for domestic and international logistics. Additional advantages include a bus stop on-site and a self-service Nextbike bicycle station.
