Full commercialization of Panattoni Park Poznań XIV

Panattoni, the world’s most active industrial real estate developer, has secured a new tenant for Panattoni Park Poznań XIV. 4M Pro&Invest has leased nearly 4,100 sq m of warehouse space. This agreement completes the commercialization of two completed phases of the investment.

4M Pro&Invest operates in the e-commerce sector, selling tires, rims, spare wheels, and car accessories. The company plans to soon launch its own online store, called felgaopona.pl.

“We have been connected to Greater Poland since the very beginning of our operations, so it was a natural step to seek development space in this region. Panattoni Park Poznań XIV fully meets our expectations – modern infrastructure – it will be our first warehouse in a Class A building, a 10-meter hall height compliant with fire safety requirements for tire storage, and a convenient location enabling efficient order fulfillment. Collaborating with Panattoni will allow us to consolidate our warehouse processes in a single facility and support the company’s further growth,” says Mikołaj Andrzejewski, President of the Management Board of 4M Pro&Invest.

The tenant will begin operations in the facility in the second quarter of this year. By then, work will have been completed to adapt the space to the specific nature of the operation, including the installation of racking and narrower aisles for modular forklifts, the installation of a sprinkler system, and a forklift charging station. In addition to the warehouse space, the company will also occupy approximately 190 square meters of office and staff space at Panattoni Park Poznań XIV.

The agreement with 4M Pro&Invest means the full commercialization of the recently completed section of Panattoni Park Poznań XIV, demonstrating that our facilities meet the actual needs of tenants,” says Katarzyna Kujawiak, Regional Managing Director Central Poland & Greater Poland at Panattoni. “The Poznań warehouse market has remained one of the key markets in the country for years, and Panattoni has consistently played a significant role in its development. To date, we have delivered nearly 2 million square meters of modern industrial and logistics space here, supporting the development of local and international companies and creating conditions for new job creation.”

Panattoni Park Poznań XIV will ultimately comprise three halls totaling 49,000 square meters and is located in Głuchów near Poznań. Two halls are completed and fully leased, and the construction of another phase, with an area of ​​28,000 square meters, is planned. The complex is located just 6 km from the Poznań Zachód junction, where the S5 and S11 expressways intersect with the A2 motorway. This location guarantees excellent access to the national and international transport networks.

The Głuchów development received a BREEAM Excellent certification thanks to the implementation of numerous environmentally friendly solutions. The hall roofs were reinforced to accommodate photovoltaic installations, and the heating and cooling systems were implemented using Class A equipment using eco-friendly refrigerants. The offices are equipped with advanced VRF/VRV systems, ensuring energy efficiency and user comfort. A total of 12,000 square meters of biologically active space was created to support biodiversity.
