Full commercialization of Panattoni Park Kielce

Panattoni has fully commercialized Panattoni Park Kielce just a few weeks after the investment’s completion. The last available space was leased thanks to the expansion of one of its existing tenants – a leading logistics services company.

The logistics operator decided to increase its occupied space by nearly 3,300 sq m, to approximately 8,000 sq m.

“The full commercialization of the newly completed park in such a short time confirms the significant potential of the warehouse market in the Świętokrzyskie region. Kielce is clearly strengthening its position on the logistics map of Poland. This is a result of both the city’s favorable location at the intersection of key transportation routes and the growing activity of companies seeking modern space outside the main markets,” says Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni.

Panattoni Park Kielce is the first Class A industrial park developed in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. The investment comprises four buildings totaling approximately 66,000 square meters. The final stage of the project – a hall spanning over 13,000 square meters – was commissioned in May of this year. The building was designed in accordance with sustainable construction principles and will undergo BREEAM certification. The implemented solutions reduce energy and water consumption.

Panattoni Park Kielce is located approximately 6 km from the city center, in the immediate vicinity of the Kielce Zachód junction, which connects the S7 expressway with national road No. 74. The location provides efficient connections to Warsaw, Krakow, and other major economic centers in the country, strengthening the Świętokrzyskie region’s role on the logistics map of Poland.
