Epsicap Nano debuts in Poland
Poland is the next stop on Epsicap Nano’s expansion map. The fund, owned by the French company Epsicap REIM, is purchasing a logistics facility in Olsztyn from Redkom Development, marking its debut in Poland. The transaction is valued at €5.3 million.
- Epsicap REIM is an independent French real estate investment management company founded in 2021.
- It manages assets worth €235 million, and its current portfolio includes France, Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom, and Poland.
- Epsicap REIM also plans investments in Ireland, Germany, Italy, and the Benelux countries.
Epsicap REIM has announced the first investment of its Epsicap Nano fund in Poland.
“The transaction, valued at €5.3 million, marks the next stage of the European expansion of its investment strategy focused on the small-cap segment and the fund’s first entry into the Polish real estate market,” the company announced.
Olsztyn on the French fund’s transaction map
The acquired facility is located in Olsztyn on Mariana Bublewicza Street. The property was commissioned in November 2025 and offers a total area of 2,328 square meters. It is a “last mile/cross-dock” logistics facility, adapted to current market standards in urban logistics and last-mile distribution.
Epsicap REIM Debuts in Poland
“This first acquisition in Poland for our SCPI Epsicap Nano confirms our expansion in Europe, which began in 2024,” comments Florian Le Quéré, Associate Director at Epsicap REIM.
“In addition to the property’s high advantages, such as its excellent location, new technical condition, and a long-term agreement with a reliable tenant, we are also strengthening our asset diversification. This is an excellent example of our small-cap strategy, with a transaction value of approximately €5 million,” he adds.
