DSV expands its footprint in Wrocław
DSV – Global Transport and Logistics and Panattoni are expanding their partnership at Wrocław Campus 2. The world’s largest logistics operator has leased nearly 20,000 sq m of additional space at the complex in Krzyżowice, near Wrocław, just a few months after launching its first operations. Thanks to the new agreement, DSV will occupy over 65,000 sq m of space at the development.
DSV is one of the key tenants of Wrocław Campus 2 – one of Panattoni’s largest industrial complexes in Lower Silesia. The operator has been operating in the facility since February 2026, handling logistics and distribution processes in numerous European markets. The new agreement covers 19,800 sq m of warehouse space and approximately 200 sq m of office space. The space will be adapted to the specific nature of DSV’s processes and the further development of its business. Operations in the new part of the development are planned to commence in the second half of 2026.
“Krzyżowice is a unique location. In less than three months, we created a strategic logistics center for our client, from which we coordinate the warehousing and distribution of goods to 34 markets in Europe. The appropriate infrastructure, tailored to our requirements, and access to qualified personnel were undoubtedly the foundation of this success. At the same time, it’s important to emphasize the growing role of Lower Silesia in the European logistics system. We believe in the region’s continued potential, which is why we invested in expanding our space. With the completion of this transaction, we will manage 36 warehouses in Poland with a total area of 567,000 square meters,” says Piotr Wojtkowski, Commercial Director, DSV – Global Transport and Logistics.
“The expansion of our partnership with DSV within Wrocław Campus 2 confirms that modern and ideally located industrial space remains a key element in the development of logistics operators. The fact that the decision to expand the space was made just months after the launch of the first operations best demonstrates the pace of DSV’s business development and the potential of the Wrocław Campus 2 project. In total, DSV now operates in approximately 160,000 square meters across Panattoni’s Wrocław investments,” says Damian Kowalczyk, Managing Director, Romania and Lower Silesia Region (Poland), Panattoni.
Construction of Wrocław Campus 2 was completed in May of this year, reaching its target area of 160,000 square meters. The complex is located approximately 20 km from the center of Wrocław, within one of the key logistics hubs in Central and Eastern Europe. Its location on the S8 expressway and near the A4 and A8 motorways provides efficient connections to key transport corridors in Poland and Europe. As a result, the park efficiently serves both the domestic and international markets, providing an attractive location for companies expanding their operations in Western and Central Europe. In accordance with the Panattoni standard, the project will receive BREEAM certification at an Excellent rating. The facility features energy-efficient solutions, including advanced thermal insulation and intelligent heating and cooling control systems.
Wrocław remains one of the most active logistics markets in Poland. In the first quarter of 2026, the region recorded 355,000 square meters of total demand, of which 226,000 square meters were new leases and expansions. Wrocław’s modern warehouse space stock reached 5.27 million square meters, ranking it third in the country. With the supply of space under construction across Poland shrinking – down to 1.4 million square meters, over 60% of which is already secured with pre-lease agreements – the ability to quickly expand within an existing complex is becoming a real competitive advantage.
