CTP launches investment on A1

CTP is expanding its network of logistics parks in Poland. The company has confirmed a new investment in Częstochowa, which will offer over 100,000 square meters of space for companies in the logistics, warehousing, and distribution sectors.

  • CTP will build a new logistics and industrial park in Częstochowa.
  • The investment will offer over 100,000 square meters of leasable space.
  • The complex will be built directly next to the A1 motorway.
  • The design will incorporate sustainable construction solutions.

CTP Focuses on Częstochowa

CTP has officially launched the construction of a new logistics and industrial park in Częstochowa. The investment will be located in the northern part of the Silesian Voivodeship, directly adjacent to the A1 motorway. The new complex is designed to meet the needs of companies operating in logistics, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

Ultimately, CTPark Częstochowa will offer 100,060 square meters of leasable space. The project will comprise two buildings – the first with an area of 57,152 square meters and the second with an area of 42,908 square meters. The facilities will be constructed to the CTSpace standard, designed primarily for large tenants requiring flexible warehouse space.

Location on the A1 Motorway

One of the key advantages of the investment will be direct access to the A1 Motorway, which is one of the most important transport corridors in Poland and Europe. The drive from the park to Katowice Airport in Pyrzowice will take approximately 40 minutes.

As Piotr Merta, Business Developer at CTP Polska, emphasizes, the investment’s location will ensure efficient management of domestic and international supply chains.

“The A1 Motorway is a key element of the TEN-T international transport network, providing a direct link with the Silesian metropolitan area, the Tricity ports, and the markets of Central and Eastern Europe. This opens up a wide range of possibilities for tenants in domestic and international logistics and ensures efficient warehousing and distribution operations from a single location” says Piotr Merta.

Warehouses with Large Operators in Mind

The project was designed primarily with logistics operators and distribution companies in mind. The facilities will feature a cross-dock layout, which streamlines the handling of goods and shortens transport times.

Additionally, the investor promises increased access to daylight – natural lighting is expected to reach 12.5%, which is expected to improve work comfort inside the buildings.

Częstochowa to Attract Logistics and Manufacturing

According to CTP, the location was chosen based on both the city’s transportation advantages and its economic potential. The company cites the region’s well-developed workforce and industrial traditions.

“Częstochowa is a location with significant potential for logistics, manufacturing, and distribution. It combines access to the A1 motorway, a strong workforce base, and the region’s strong industrial traditions, creating optimal conditions for the development of modern business operations. CTPark Częstochowa aligns with our strategy of building a network of parks in locations that truly support tenants’ development and allow them to effectively serve key markets,” says Piotr Flugel, Managing Director at CTP Polska.

Green Infrastructure in the New Park

The investment will be implemented using solutions that support energy efficiency and sustainable resource management. The project includes, among other things, preparing roofs for photovoltaic installations, water recovery and recycling systems, electric vehicle chargers, bicycle paths, green architecture, and recreational infrastructure for complex users.
