CTP enters Greater Poland

CTP has launched its first investment in Greater Poland – CTPark Poznań Suchy Las. This modern logistics and business complex, with a target area of approximately 50,000 square meters, is located in the northern part of the Poznań metropolitan area.

  • CTPark Poznań Suchy Las is being developed in the Suchy Las commune, adjacent to a large urban center, meeting the growing demand for flexible warehouse and production space.
  • The project will be tailored to local needs and the character of the area, combining logistics functions with business facilities.
  • The investment is expected to offer approximately 50,000 square meters of modern space, strengthening the potential of the northern part of the Poznań metropolitan area.

Location and Accessibility

CTPark Poznań Suchy Las is being developed right next to the Poznań border, in one of the most attractive business areas of the metropolitan area. The investment will provide quick connections to the S11 expressway and the A2 motorway, while its proximity to the city center and Poznań-Ławica Airport will improve commuting comfort for employees and business partners.

Function and Adaptation to the Surroundings

The complex was designed with local conditions in mind – both business and social. Thanks to the proximity of residential buildings, the park will be particularly attractive to tenants in the service sector, sports, and local distribution companies. This is confirmed by the first lease agreement with a company from the sports and recreation industry. As Sandra Winiarska emphasizes, the project is designed to harmoniously integrate with the surrounding area in terms of function, architecture, and environmental solutions.

Scale and Flexibility of the Project

CT Park Poznań Suchy Las is being developed on a 14.2-hectare plot and will offer approximately 50,000 square meters of modern leasable space. The complex will consist of several buildings in CTSpace, CTBox, and CTFlex formats, allowing for the space to be tailored to the needs of both smaller companies and larger operators.

Architecture and Landscape

The design complies with local urban planning regulations, including the provisions of the Landscape Resolution. The facades facing Obornicka Street will be made of polycarbonate and complemented with greenery to better integrate the development into its surroundings. This approach is appreciated by the local government – as Ilona Ciok, Deputy Mayor of the Suchy Las Commune, emphasizes, the investment is based on dialogue and respect for residents’ comfort.

Sustainable Solutions

CTPark Poznań Suchy Las was designed in accordance with sustainable construction standards. The complex includes photovoltaic installations, energy-saving technologies, energy management systems, infrastructure for electromobility, water retention, and solutions that enhance biodiversity.

The Region’s Business Potential

Suchy Las and the Poznań metropolitan area are among the most important economic centers in Poland, offering access to a qualified workforce and developed infrastructure. The new business park is intended to support companies expanding their operations in Central and Eastern Europe by providing stable operating conditions and a modern working environment.
