CTBox debuts on the Polish market

Poland’s first CTBox format, designed with local companies and the SME sector in mind, has launched. It is offered by CTPark Warsaw Nowy Konik. International Business Group and Paged Trade are now joining the park.

CTBox as a response to the needs of local businesses

“CTBox is our response to the growing demand for smaller, flexible warehouse spaces that enable companies to grow safely without worrying about overscaling their operations. Until now, we have focused on providing the highest quality large-scale warehouses – now, with the addition of CTBox, we can offer both 50,000 sq m for international organizations and 500 sq m for local entrepreneurs.” We are therefore open to working with clients at every stage of development, responding to the real needs of their businesses. International Business Group Strengthens Operations Near Warsaw

One of the new tenants at CTPark Warsaw Nowy Konik is International Business Group sp. j., a company specializing in the wholesale of, among other things, foldable models. The choice of the location near Warsaw is intended to strengthen our operational base and improve customer service.

“The new location at CTPark Warsaw Nowy Konik allows us to better organize and strengthen our daily logistics operations, thus serving our customers even more efficiently. We wanted a facility that would be functional and at the same time scaled to our current needs.” The CTBox format has proven to be a very effective response to these expectations – it provides us with operational flexibility, comfortable operations, and space that supports the company’s continued, stable growth,” says Adam Andrzejewski, co-owner of IBG sp. j.

Paged Trade Expands Logistics Network

Paged Trade, a company specializing in the trade and distribution of wood-based materials and board processing services, has also joined the group of tenants. The new space at CTPark Warsaw Nowy Konik represents the next stage in the development of its operations.

“Moving into new space at CTPark Warsaw Nowy Konik is part of the further development of our operational and logistics network. We were looking for a location that would, on the one hand, streamline daily customer service and product distribution, and on the other, provide us with flexible conditions for further expansion. CTBox is a format that perfectly meets the needs of companies developing their operations. It combines functionality, a convenient location, and the ability to scale operations as the business grows,” says Robert Dziewulski, Head of Sales Network Development, Paged Trade.

Diverse offerings and a strategic location

CT Park Warsaw Nowy Konik is one of seven CTP investments in the Warsaw metropolitan area. The complex will ultimately comprise four buildings, offering a variety of space formats – from compact CTBox modules to flexible CTFlex units, to larger logistics spaces. Its proximity to the A2 motorway provides quick access to Warsaw and key transportation routes, contributing to business operational efficiency and employee convenience.

In addition to International Business Group and Paged Trade, Amazon Filters, a manufacturer of specialized filter cartridges used in industrial processes, will also operate in the park.
