BTS for DPD Polska in Gorzów

Panattoni has begun construction on the next phase of Panattoni Park Gorzów II. The new facility is being developed in a BTS format for DPD Polska, a leading courier company. The facility will occupy 5,300 sq m. The tenant will commence operations in the new location in August 2026.

Moving operations to a modern space tailored to the needs of the courier company is DPD’s response to the growing challenges of efficient parcel handling and further optimization of logistics processes. The investment will enable the company to increase efficiency, improve work comfort, and implement solutions that meet modern courier service standards.

“DPD Polska was looking for modern warehouse space that could be adapted to current technologies, processes, and operational requirements. Considering the client’s needs, we offered a BTS solution at Panattoni Park Gorzów II, which will allow the facility to be fully adapted to the standards of modern courier logistics,” says Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni.

The building was designed to meet DPD Polska’s operational needs. The facility will be equipped with specialized courier gates, a multi-level sorter, and advanced building automation systems, including DALI-controlled lighting and dusk sensors. The facility’s infrastructure will also include a photovoltaic system, electric vehicle chargers, and additional technical elements such as shelters and landscaping consistent with the tenant’s operational standards.

“The construction of a new facility in Gorzów Wielkopolski is an important step in the development of our logistics infrastructure in western Poland. This investment will allow us to handle the growing volume of shipments even more efficiently and increase operational efficiency in the region. The modern technological solutions implemented in the facility will translate into more efficient logistics processes, and the new, larger facility will translate into increased employment in the region,” says Łukasz Zembowicz, Sales and Marketing Director and Member of the Management Board of DPD Polska.

Panattoni Park Gorzów II is a warehouse and industrial complex that will ultimately comprise three buildings totaling 67,000 sq m. The first of these – a 36,500 sq m hall – was built in 2022. The park is located approximately 8 km from the city center, near the S3 expressway, which runs along Poland’s western border. This route is part of European Transport Corridor VI, connecting the Baltic states with the Adriatic Sea and the Balkans.

The local market’s potential is supported by Panattoni’s ongoing projects, which have delivered over 909,000 square meters of modern industrial space in the Lubusz Voivodeship to date.
