Brzesko with an investment worth PLN 100 million

Construction of the Zasada Trans-Spedition logistics center, costing PLN 100 million, has begun in Brzesko. The 26,000-square-meter facility will serve the Canpack plant, with which it will be connected by a conveyor belt. The project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.

• A consortium of Tarcon and TCI will build a 360,000-cubic-meter facility on a 7.5-hectare site, utilizing land from the former Małopolska Machine Factory.
• An innovative solution will be a direct connection between the warehouse and the Canpack plant via a conveyor belt, eliminating road transport between the facilities.
• The facility will be equipped with a powerful 1.5 MWp photovoltaic installation and rainwater recovery systems.

The investment on Szczepanowska Street is Zasada Trans-Spedition’s second large-scale project in the region; the first was launched in Jasień. The new hall is being built in the immediate vicinity of the Canpack plant.

The project involves the adaptation of a former industrial site – the new building will be added to the existing building of the Małopolska Machine Factory.

By using a conveyor belt to transport products from the Canpack factory, the investor will reduce truck traffic. Additionally, advanced acoustic screens are planned.

Ecology and Real Benefits for the Local Government

Zasada Trans-Spedition is focusing on green energy. A 1.5 MWp photovoltaic installation will cover a significant portion of the hall’s energy needs. The project also incorporates ecological water management – ​​rainwater will be collected and reused in the facility’s operations.

It is estimated that once the facility is operational, the company will contribute over PLN 2 million annually in taxes to the local budget. Zasada Trans-Spedition is a logistics operator specializing in servicing large industrial entities. The company is expanding its warehouse facilities in southern Poland, focusing on synergies with local production facilities. The company manages a transport fleet and distribution centers that integrate advanced warehouse automation systems with environmentally friendly solutions.
