A new complex near Warsaw

HL DEVELOPMENT has launched its first investment – ​​the modern HLD Macierzysz warehouse and service complex. The project is being built in a strategic location near Warsaw, in Macierzysz, just approximately 1 km from the Konotopa junction, providing quick access to the A2 motorway and the S2 and S8 expressways.

The two-stage investment will involve the construction of two modern warehouse and service buildings comprising a total of 18 units, each starting from 240 m². The units will be available for both sale and lease. During the construction phase, adjacent units can be combined, allowing businesses to flexibly adapt the space to their business needs. An additional advantage will be the possibility of constructing a mezzanine, allowing for increased usable space as the business grows. The modules, combining warehouse, service, and office functions, were designed with companies in the logistics, e-commerce, light manufacturing, and service sectors in mind. Each unit will have its own entrance gate, and the 7-meter-high buildings will be equipped with features such as dust-free, high-load-bearing floors, air-conditioned staff and office spaces, and energy-efficient LED lighting.

One of the investment’s greatest advantages is its location. HLD Macierzysz is located approximately 1 km from the Konotopa junction and the S2 and S8 routes, and just 1.5 km from the Warsaw city limits. This location provides future users with efficient logistics, quick access to key transportation arteries, and convenient access for employees, clients, and business partners. Additional advantages include the proximity of Chopin Airport and access to the well-developed transport infrastructure of the Warsaw metropolitan area.

Construction of HLD Macierzysz is progressing according to schedule. Earthworks and foundations have already been completed on the construction site, and the assembly of the supporting structure for the future warehouse and service buildings is currently underway. Completion of the first phase of the investment is planned for the first quarter of 2027.
