Rittal expands its space in Stryków

SEGRO has signed another agreement with Rittal, a global supplier of control cabinet, automation, and infrastructure systems. The companies are expanding their existing partnership within SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków.

SEGRO and Rittal have been collaborating since 2016. Due to its consistently expanding operations in the Polish market, the supplier of server and network cabinets, among other things, is expanding its space at SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków by an additional 3,150 square meters. The Stryków park is a significant location for Rittal in this part of Central and Eastern Europe due to its access to key markets and major transport routes.

Rittal is part of a group operating in numerous global markets, supplying products to 90% of industrial sectors. It offers solutions across the entire customer service chain – from concept development and production, through configuration and logistics, to intelligent service and maintenance solutions.

Currently, our client leases a total of 7,828 square meters of warehouse space from SEGRO. We are pleased to support Rittal’s growth by providing space that meets the company’s needs and providing support from our experienced team. Furthermore, this transaction is an excellent example of how, as data centers and other areas of the digital economy expand in Poland, supply chains are evolving to meet the local needs of these entities.”

SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków offers over 360,000 square meters of modern warehouse space. It is located in central Poland, just 20 km from the center of Łódź. Its proximity to the intersection of the A1 and A2 motorways makes it an excellent distribution hub for all of Central and Eastern Europe. The park is equipped with charging stations for electric and hybrid vehicles and an automatic license plate reading system, optimizing entry and exit times.
