Park P3 Błonie with a new tenant

P3 Logistic Parks has signed a lease agreement with Iglotex, one of the largest producers and distributors of frozen food in Poland. The company will occupy 9,260 sqm of warehouse space in the P3 Błonie park near Warsaw.

The new space will enable Iglotex to strengthen its logistics operations in central Poland.
P3 Błonie Park offers infrastructure tailored to the needs of companies in the food industry, including the capability to support the cold chain.
The cooperation between the two companies aligns with P3’s strategy of developing modern and well‑connected warehouse facilities.

Scope of the leased space and adaptation works

Under the five‑year agreement, Iglotex will use 4,731 sqm of warehouse space, 2,021 sqm of cold storage, 2,020 sqm of freezer space, and 487 sqm of office space.

A broad range of adaptation works was carried out for the tenant, including converting an existing cold store into a freezer and modernizing part of the dry warehouse into a cold store with an anteroom. Thirty parking spaces will be available at the facility.

Energy and environmental standards of the building

The property holds a BREEAM certificate at the “Very Good” level and an EPC B efficiency rating. This means low energy consumption, high thermal insulation, reduced operating costs, and lower CO₂ emissions.

These parameters align with P3’s strategy focused on developing modern and sustainable logistics spaces.

Magdalena Hilgier from P3 Logistic Parks emphasizes that Iglotex required specialized space with high refrigeration parameters, and a flexible approach made it possible to tailor the facility to the company’s individual needs.

Piotr Olechowski from Iglotex notes that the new location will enable the optimization of logistics processes and reduce delivery times.

P3 Błonie Park – a key logistics location

P3 Błonie is one of the largest logistics parks in the Warsaw region, comprising 15 buildings with a total area of 316,000 sqm, with additional facilities under construction.

The park offers warehouses, cold stores, freezers, production facilities, and a data center. Its location 8 km from the A2 motorway and direct access from national road 92 ensure excellent transport connectivity.
