Extension of the lease at MLP Pruszków II

Cordon Electronics, operating in the electronics and advanced technology sector, continues to expand its operations at MLP Pruszków II. Under the extended agreement, the tenant will continue to utilize 7,770 square meters of modern warehouse and office space, including 458 square meters of office space.

This extension of the agreement confirms MLP Group’s consistently implemented strategy, focused on building long-term relationships with tenants and creating flexible spaces that can grow with their businesses. MLP Pruszków II remains one of the key projects in the company’s portfolio, offering tenants the opportunity for further expansion within a single, coherently designed complex.

Cordon Electronics Polska is part of the global Cordon Group, operating in the manufacturing, repair, refurbishment, and recycling industries. The company offers services including electronic equipment maintenance and service, reverse logistics, supply chain management, and e-commerce logistics.

The project’s scale and flexibility allow us to effectively support our partners’ long-term operational plans and respond to the evolving needs of their businesses,” emphasized Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group.

MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics park located in the Brwinów commune, approximately 5 km from Pruszków, in the immediate vicinity of Warsaw. It is the largest logistics complex in the region, with a target leasable area of ​​427,000 square meters. Selected buildings have been awarded the prestigious BREEAM certification, and in line with MLP Group’s ESG strategy, photovoltaic panels are being installed on the roofs of the buildings.

The park boasts excellent transport accessibility. It is located between local road no. 760 and the A2 motorway, just 3 km from the Pruszków-Żbików junction. International railway lines run nearby, providing convenient conditions for domestic and international logistics. Additional advantages include a bus stop within the park and a self-service Nextbike bicycle station.
