Domator24 expansion in CTPark Sulechów

Polish gaming chair and metal furniture manufacturer Domator24, owner of the Diablo Chairs and Jan Nowak brands, has expanded its lease at CTPark Sulechów. It now operates in 13,100 square meters.

  • This expansion means that Domator24 now has nearly 13,100 square meters of space at its third warehouse center in the country.
  • The Zielona Góra-based company is consistently developing its logistics facilities to meet growing demand for its products.
  • The new space will allow it to increase operational efficiency and accelerate order fulfillment.

Sustainable Growth and Growing Logistics Needs

Domator24, owner of the Diablo Chairs and Jan Nowak brands, has been using space at CTPark Sulechów since 2025. The location meets the company’s growing storage needs and improves product availability for all three brands. With the potential for further expansion, the park supports the tenant’s growth in the medium and long term. Domator24 currently occupies nearly half of the SULE 01 building.

A Strategic Investment for the Future

“I am very pleased that we have managed to increase our warehouse space by another 7,000 square meters in the CTP complex in Sulechów. This is a significant and strategic step in implementing our development plans for the coming years. We are convinced that the efficient use of this dedicated space will contribute to the company’s further growth, create additional jobs, and provide customers with even better access to our products,” says Anna Lehman, Vice President/CFO of Domator24.

A Location Facilitating International Distribution

CTPark Sulechów serves as a logistics hub for companies serving international markets. Its location, just 70 km from the German border, facilitates distribution to the West, which is also important for Domator24. The facility will continue to function as a warehouse, with an increased scale and intensity of operations.

Proximity and Flexibility as an Advantage

“Domator24’s headquarters is located in Zielona Góra, so the proximity of the park and the possibility of expansion were crucial.” The company was able to scale its operations in the same location, reducing the costs and risks associated with opening a new facility. “We design solutions that allow tenants to grow in stages within our portfolio, without operational downtime and with the flexibility to adapt the space to current needs,” explains Sandra Winiarska, Senior Business Developer at CTP Polska.

Modern Infrastructure for Demanding Tenants

A global logistics operator and a Polish manufacturer of plastic packaging also operate in the SULE 01 hall. CTPark Sulechów offers key parameters for efficient warehousing: 12 m of storage height, a floor load capacity of 7 t/sq m, 17 truck parking spaces, and electric vehicle charging stations. The facility is BREEAM certified and located near the S3 expressway exit, near the A2 motorway, streamlining domestic and international transport planning.
