A new logistics park in Silesia

A new developer has made its debut in the Polish industrial and logistics real estate market. Quantum Real is launching its operations with the Quantum Gliwice logistics park, construction of which has already begun.

• Quantum Gliwice is being built directly on the A4 motorway, approximately 3 km from the Sośnica junction, where Poland’s two most important motorways, the A1 and A4, intersect.
• The first tenant of the Quantum Gliwice logistics park is North Coast, a distributor of quality food products from Italy and the Mediterranean region
• In its first phase, the park will offer over 43,000 sq m of GLA, including Class A speculative space.

Quantum Real specializes in the development of modern logistics and industrial facilities for local and international companies.

The company develops projects in locations with high business potential, with direct access to major motorway junctions, close to major urban centers, and key distribution routes.

Warehouse with speculative space

The first lease agreement at Quantum Gliwice was signed by North Coast, one of the leading distributors of Italian food products in Poland, operating in the market since 1992.

Within the leased space, North Coast will install advanced refrigeration and freezer facilities, essential for the storage and distribution of fresh and frozen food products.

This location ensures efficient connections to both the domestic market and foreign markets in Central Europe, including Germany and the Czech Republic. The park will offer over 43,000 sq m of GLA in its first phase, including Class A speculative space.

The project is being developed in accordance with sustainable development principles, with an emphasis on reducing energy consumption and environmental impact.

“The general contractor for the project is Adamietz. Completion of the work and commissioning of the facility are planned for the first quarter of 2027.”
