Inter Cars at MLP Business Park Vienna

Inter Cars, the largest distributor of vehicle spare parts in Central and Eastern Europe and one of the fastest-growing automotive aftermarket companies on the continent, has joined the tenants of the MLP Business Park Vienna investment.

Inter Cars will open its first location in Vienna within MLP Business Park Vienna. The new facility will combine warehousing, retail, and office functions, meeting the needs of modern urban logistics and fast customer service.

Under the signed agreement, Inter Cars will lease a total of 2,220 square meters of space, including 1,770 square meters of modern warehouse space and 450 square meters of office, retail, and staff space. Handover of the completed facility and commencement of operations are planned for November of this year. Additionally, the tenant will install a modern, three-story walkable racking system in the warehouse.

Inter Cars is the largest distributor of automotive spare parts in Central and Eastern Europe. The Group currently operates in 26 European countries, with an extensive retail network in 21 of them, ensuring wide product availability and local customer support.

MLP Business Park Vienna is a modern complex of four facilities with a total area of ​​54,500 square meters. The investment offers flexible units starting from 1,000 square meters, tailored to the needs of urban logistics, e-commerce, and light manufacturing, including the automotive sector.

The park stands out for its advanced ecological solutions, such as green roofs and photovoltaic installations. A recreational area with a pond will also be built within the complex. The project is being implemented in accordance with the requirements of ÖGNI Gold certification.

MLP Business Park Vienna is being built on a 9.8-hectare plot approximately 13 kilometers from Vienna city center. A key advantage of the development is its excellent transport links, thanks to its proximity to the S2/A23 motorway. Vienna Airport is approximately 23 km from the development. Public bus and train stops are also available in the immediate vicinity of the complex.
