Szczecin with a new Panattoni investment

Panattoni has completed construction and opened a hall at Panattoni Park Szczecin VII. The new facility has a total area of ​​25,000 square meters. The building’s anchor tenants are two leading logistics operators.

The region effectively leverages its strengths – a strategic location near the German border, access to port infrastructure, and a well-developed network of expressways. We are pleased that the investment has already attracted leading international transport operators who recognize Szczecin’s importance as a key point on the logistics map of Europe,” says Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni.

Panattoni Park Szczecin VII is located in the right-bank part of the Szczecin metropolitan area (Załom), with direct access to the S3 expressway and the A6 motorway. The proximity of the German border and the port of Szczecin enables efficient service of the domestic market and international distribution routes. The park is located approximately 15 km from the center of the capital of Western Pomerania and 150 km from Berlin, making it an attractive location for companies operating in the cross-border region.

The investment was designed with companies in the logistics, distribution, and light manufacturing sectors in mind. The flexible space allows for adaptation to the diverse operational needs of tenants, including the implementation of advanced warehousing and transportation processes. The facility will also receive a BREEAM Excellent environmental certification. It incorporates solutions that support energy efficiency and reduce energy and water consumption, in line with the developer’s standards.

To date, Panattoni has delivered 880,000 sq m of modern industrial space in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.
