Accolade develops logistics in Kielce

Accolade is expanding Park Kielce with a new facility spanning over 13,400 square meters. The building is 75% leased, and tenants from the logistics and distribution sectors have already taken delivery of their space. The final unit, approximately 3,300 square meters, remains available for tenants. This investment is the next stage in the development of the location, where Accolade has been present since 2018.

Accolade has been present in Kielce for eight years, and the first units in the park were handed over to tenants in 2019. Upon completion of the new phase, Park Kielce will comprise a total of nearly 68,000 square meters of modern industrial and logistics space. The expansion of the location is the result of consistent market monitoring, the changing needs of companies, and the growing importance of the region’s transportation infrastructure, including the S7 expressway. The new facility meets the needs of companies seeking well-connected space for regional logistics, distribution, and the local market.

The Kielce park serves as a last-mile location for the region. Its location within the city limits facilitates employee access and efficient service to the local market, while its location outside the city center allows for efficient organization of heavy transport and logistics operations. These types of parks meet the needs of companies seeking to be close to end users, shorten delivery times, and optimize distribution processes.

“At Accolade, we believe in the organic development of our locations. We don’t focus on individual buildings, but on creating long-term value. Kielce is a good example of this – we had land secured in advance and have been observing the growing potential of the region for some time, reinforced, among other things, by the development of the S7 expressway. Today’s park expansion is a natural consequence of this process and a response to tenant interest,” says Agnieszka Niezgodzka, Director of the Asset Management team at Accolade in Poland.

Companies from the logistics and automotive parts distribution sectors have already taken up space in the new facility. They have occupied over 5,100 square meters of cross-dock space and over 5,000 square meters of warehouse space, respectively. The lease structure confirms the attractiveness of Park Kielce for companies seeking well-connected space for regional logistics, distribution, and the local market.

From the outset, Accolade has viewed its investment in Kielce as a long-term commitment to the region’s development. In addition to its business activities, the company also supports local social and environmental initiatives. An example of this approach is the co-financing of the Mediterranean Garden at the Kielce Botanical Garden. The new phase of Park Kielce will contribute to the creation of over 100 jobs.
