Panattoni Poland has finalized the sale of an e-grocery distribution center in the Warsaw region. The facility is leased by Auchan Retail Polska.

The buyer is CORUM XL, managed by CORUM Asset Management. The transaction value was €30.2 million, or nearly PLN 130 million.

Investors are looking at location, lease, and technology

As Marek Dobrzycki emphasizes, the sold facility combines elements that are particularly important to investors today: a strong location, a long-term lease, and advanced technology.

The center operates based on the Ocado Group Smart Platform and was designed with automation in mind. The facility utilizes robotic solutions, and the infrastructure allows for operations in various temperature zones.

According to Marek Dobrzycki, this is the type of property investors are focusing on today: one that combines income security with a practical operational base.

The sold Auchan warehouse is located in Wilcza Góra, near Warsaw, in the Lesznowola commune. It is a BTS facility developed by Panattoni, with an area of ​​18,000 sq m.
