Panattoni Poland has finalized the sale of an e-grocery distribution center in the Warsaw region. The facility is leased by Auchan Retail Polska.
The buyer is CORUM XL, managed by CORUM Asset Management. The transaction value was €30.2 million, or nearly PLN 130 million.
