New InPost BTS in Sosnowiec

Construction of a BTS facility is underway at Panattoni Park Sosnowiec V. A modern 11,000-square-meter facility is being built for InPost, a leader in logistics services and owner of the Paczkomat network. The investment will be completed later this year.

“This project for InPost is an example of a tailor-made investment that supports the tenant’s continuous growth through the use of advanced technological solutions. This is another project we are implementing together, demonstrating our confidence in our experience and expertise. We are also pleased to launch the next phase of Panattoni Park Sosnowiec V – our latest investment in the Silesian Voivodeship, the region where we have completed the largest number of warehouse spaces in Poland,” says Marek Dobrzycki, Partner at Panattoni.

The new facility will be adapted to the tenant’s operational requirements. The cross-dock warehouse will be equipped with extensive technical infrastructure, including modern sorting technology – more advanced than in the operator’s existing terminals – as well as solutions supporting energy efficiency and reduced environmental impact. Operations in the facility are planned to commence in September of this year.

Panattoni Park Sosnowiec V is a modern warehouse and logistics complex with a target area of 52,000 sq m. The first stage of the investment, completed in late 2025, comprises a hall spanning over 33,000 sq m. The park already has its first tenant – the Hebe drugstore chain, owned by the Jeronimo Martins Group.

The complex is strategically located – just 16 km from Katowice city center and 19 km from Katowice Airport. The proximity of the S1 expressway (2.2 km) and its junction with the A4 motorway (12 km) provides excellent access to major transport routes in Poland and the region.

The development will be BREEAM certified with an Excellent rating.
