TOYA takes over Hillwood S8 South

Hillwood Polska has signed a preliminary agreement to sell the Hillwood S8 Warsaw South logistics center to TOYA S.A. The project is located in the Żabia Wola commune near Warsaw.

TOYA S.A. is one of the largest Polish manufacturers and distributors of hand tools, power tools, and equipment for the construction, automotive, and DIY industries. The company develops brands such as YATO, VOREL, STHOR, FLO, FALA, and LUND, and its products are present in over 100 countries worldwide.

The investment includes a modern warehouse building with office and administrative spaces and supporting infrastructure, currently in the final stages of construction. The total usable area of ​​the project is approximately 57,800 square meters.

The purchase of the property is consistent with TOYA S.A.’s strategy. This project aims to further develop logistics resources and increase the efficiency of warehouse and distribution processes.

The logistics center in Żabia Wola, developed by HE5 Żabia Wola 1 sp. z o.o., is being built in a strategic location on the S8 expressway, ensuring efficient connections to Warsaw and key markets in central Poland. It was designed to the highest technical and operational standards, meeting the needs of modern logistics and distribution processes.
