The first stage of CTPark Warsaw Emilianów has been completed
CTP has completed the first phase of CTPark Warsaw Emilianów, delivering 54,000 square meters of space. The investment in the Radzymin commune is part of the developer’s plan to deliver over 800,000 square meters of modern warehouse space in the Warsaw region.
- The completed building offers 54,000 square meters of modern warehouse and production space in the strategic corridor of the S8 expressway.
- CTP is preparing to launch the second phase, which will expand the complex by another 43,000 square meters (the park will ultimately exceed 119,000 square meters).
- The developer currently manages a portfolio of seven projects in the Warsaw metropolitan area, including Janki, Wiskitki, and Mszczonów.
Major investment in Radzymin completed
The investment in Emilianów is part of CTP’s broader strategy, which assumes systematic expansion in key logistics regions across the country.
CTPark Warsaw Emilianów is the company’s seventh project in the Warsaw metropolitan area, one of the most important warehouse markets in Poland.
“Warsaw continues to confirm its position as one of the most mature and promising locations on the country’s warehouse map. The region is characterized by high demand, becoming a decisive growth driver for the entire sector in Poland,” says Patrycja Wiesemann, Senior Business Developer at CTP Polska.
“We are observing a unique synergy here between a stable pace of new investments and real interest from tenants. For CTP, this is a location of strategic importance, which is why we intend to dynamically scale our presence there,” she emphasizes.
Three warehouses and 119,000 square meters of space
Ultimately, the CTPark Warsaw Emilianów complex will deliver three production and warehouse halls with a total area of over 119,000 square meters.
The investment is being developed in a strategic corridor northeast of Warsaw. The Radzymin commune offers unique logistics facilities – direct access to five exits from the S8 expressway and over a thousand hectares of industrial land.
Half a million square meters under construction and planned
Currently, in the Masovian Voivodeship, in addition to the CTPark Warsaw Emilianów complex, CTP is also conducting construction work at the CTPark Warsaw Nowy Konik and CTPark Warsaw Janki parks.
The developer is also expanding existing projects in Wiskitki and Mszczonów, and also offers space in Kobyłka and the Czosnów commune.
In total, these projects will deliver over 827,700 square meters of modern leasable space to the market.
This diverse network of warehouse and logistics parks allows for tailoring the location to the specific needs of the tenant’s business, regardless of whether the priority is rapid service to the Warsaw market, access to key national routes, or efficient international distribution. In practice, this translates into higher operational efficiency, greater resilience to supply chain disruptions, and long-term development security.
