The final stage of Panattoni Park Zgierz I

Panattoni is beginning construction on the final stage of its investment in Lućmierz, central Poland. Nearly 16,400 sq m of new space will be created at Panattoni Park Zgierz I. Upon completion, the complex will reach a target area of ​​over 29,000 sq m. The general contractor is Depenbrock.

The new space at Panattoni Park Zgierz I will be tailored to the needs of logistics and e-commerce companies. The park was designed with efficient warehousing and distribution processes in mind, and loading docks located on both sides of the building will streamline logistics operations.

Panattoni Park Zgierz I is located north of Łódź, 4 km from the A2 motorway and 3.5 km from the S14 expressway. This location ensures efficient distribution of goods domestically and internationally, as well as access to the human resources resources of the Łódź metropolitan area.

The investment will be BREEAM certified with an Excellent rating.
