Spectrum LED enhances logistics
Spectrum LED, a brand owned by Wojnarowscy, is moving into modern warehouse space at Prologis Park Ruda Śląska. It occupies 5,400 square meters in the DC2 building.
- The new lease strengthens Prologis’ position as a key logistics provider in the Upper Silesia region.
- Wojnarowscy will gain space enabling further expansion of its business in the dynamically growing LED lighting segment.
The new warehouse space will support the continued operational development of Spectrum LED and enable increased efficiency of its logistics processes.
The choice of modern space in one of Poland’s key logistics hubs responds to the growing business needs of the company, which has been providing proven and safe lighting solutions for 36 years.
Functional space tailored to tenant processes
The DC2 building, scheduled for occupancy in 2025, is a modern warehouse facility designed for efficient distribution and flexible adaptation to tenant needs. One of the key elements of preparing the space was adapting it to the client’s actual operational processes.
Prologis Essentials Accelerates Operations Launch
To optimize the launch process, Spectrum LED decided to utilize solutions offered by the Prologis Essentials platform. This will equip the warehouse with racking systems that allow for better space utilization and enable operations to begin from day one of the lease.
This approach addresses the growing need for rapid and flexible scaling without unnecessary implementation steps.
“Choosing Prologis Park Ruda Śląska is a natural step for us in further developing our business. Modern infrastructure and the ability to adapt the space to our operational needs will allow us to even better respond to the demands of the market and our customers,” says Sylwester Grys, Vice President of Wojnarowscy.
