P3 Mszczonów with a new lease agreement

P3 Logistic Parks, a long-term investor, developer, and manager of logistics properties, has signed a lease with HOPI for 22,790 m² in the new DC9 building at the P3 Mszczonów park.

HOPI is one of the largest logistics service providers in Central Europe. It specializes in warehousing, co-packing, and freight forwarding services for leading FMCG manufacturers and retail chains. The company has occupied another building in the P3 Mszczonów park, DC9, which has already obtained an occupancy permit and been handed over to the tenant. HOPI occupies 21,990 m² of modern warehouse space and 800 m² of office space. The P3 Mszczonów park also houses the company’s headquarters and central warehouse. In total, HOPI occupies nearly 57,000 m².

The new facility provides HOPI with modern infrastructure and solutions that will truly support business development for years to come.”

The building is equipped with 22 unloading docks and four ground-level gates, a floor load capacity of up to 7.5 t/m², and a clear storage height of 12 m. The facility is equipped with an ESFR (Emergency Fire Suppression) sprinkler system, a BMS system, LED lighting, and four vehicle charging stations. The roof is equipped with a 50 kWp photovoltaic system, and the offices are heated by heat pumps. The building will be BREEAM certified at the Excellent level, confirming P3’s adherence to the highest energy and environmental efficiency standards.

The P3 Mszczonów park is located approximately 50 km southwest of Warsaw, directly along the S8 expressway and in close proximity to the A2 motorway, which connects the east and west of the country, and the A1 motorway, which runs from south to north. The park’s excellent transport links enable efficient distribution of goods throughout Poland.
