The Bielany Logistics facility is a modern BTS warehouse space, originally designed for the food sector, which, thanks to the flexible approach of the parties, has been adapted to the needs of the logistics operator and ensures high operational efficiency.
The modern logistics facility will be occupied by ID Logistics, a leading international logistics operator providing services to a strategic client in the FMCG sector. Operations at the facility are planned to commence in May 2026.
This event represents a significant success for LeadCrest, particularly in the context of a demanding and highly selective logistics market where tenants increasingly prioritize quality, location, and operational efficiency. It confirms our ability to achieve excellent results despite challenging market conditions and the attractiveness of high-quality assets in Poland, which, thanks to their strategic locations, remain resilient to market volatility and competitive in attracting top tenants.
ID Logistics is a leading international contract logistics operator with a strong and constantly expanding presence in Poland, where it provides comprehensive supply chain operations for major global clients from various economic sectors.
Bielany Logistics offers modern, high-standard warehouse space tailored to the needs of logistics operators, e-commerce platforms, and distribution companies. The facility provides warehouse space in a strategic location with excellent transport links.
The lease transaction is particularly noteworthy due to the building’s original build-to-suit (BTS) design for a tenant in the food sector. Thanks to the pragmatic and flexible approach of all parties, we managed to develop a solution perfectly tailored to the tenant’s needs.
“We are pleased to welcome ID Logistics as a new tenant at Bielany Logistics and look forward to a long-term partnership. This transaction confirms both the asset’s strategic importance within key European supply chains and the enduring attractiveness of high-quality real estate in Poland, located in prime locations, even in more challenging market conditions,” says Georges Asmar, Portfolio Manager at LeadCrest Capital Partners.
A warehouse with a key operational support function
“The warehouse facility in Bielany Wrocławskie will play a significant role in supporting our client’s operations and the further development of its European supply chain. Thanks to its strategic location in southwestern Poland and proximity to the client’s production plant, the facility provides excellent connections to key Western European markets and creates solid conditions for further growth,” says Rafał Lewandowski, Contract Management Director, ID Logistics Polska.
