New investment by MLP Group
MLP Group is consistently expanding its portfolio of modern logistics parks in Poland. The Group has launched a new investment, MLP Bieruń West, located in Upper Silesia, near Tychy. The first phase will involve the construction of a 29,000 sq m warehouse facility, and the park will ultimately offer approximately 56,000 sq m of modern warehouse and production space. The first facility is scheduled for completion in October of this year.
MLP Group has launched the development of its new MLP Bieruń West logistics park. The investment is being carried out speculatively, meaning construction will begin without any prior lease agreements. This demonstrates the investor’s strong confidence in the region’s potential and the growing demand for high-quality warehouse and production space in Upper Silesia.
The first phase involves the construction of a modern 29,000 sq m facility. Bin Biuro Inżynierskie is the general contractor for the project. Completion of construction and handover of the facility to tenants is planned for October of this year.
“The commencement of construction on MLP Bieruń West is another important step in implementing our development strategy in Poland’s most promising regions. Upper Silesia is one of the country’s key logistics markets, offering excellent transportation infrastructure, access to a skilled workforce, and a strong industrial base. The speculative implementation of this investment demonstrates our belief in the continued high demand for modern warehouse space. We are confident that MLP Bieruń West will quickly generate significant interest from tenants,” said Agnieszka Góźdź, Member of the Management Board & CDO at MLP Group S.A.
“We are delighted to continue our long-standing partnership with MLP Group, which confirms the investor’s trust in us in the implementation of strategic projects. We greatly value our partnership and shared approach to quality, timeliness, and the highest standards of execution. MLP Group is consistently developing a modern portfolio of logistics properties, and we are pleased to support this development as a general contractor. We are currently building, among other projects, two warehouses with a total area of 30,000 square meters as part of the MLP Pruszków II complex. We also successfully completed the construction of a warehouse in this park, adapting the facility to the needs of the tenant and the modern MLP Business Park Łódź complex. We are confident that the investment in Bieruń will also be an example of efficient implementation and high-quality workmanship,” emphasized Jacek Rasz, President of the Management Board of Bin Biuro Inżynierskie.
Ultimately, MLP Bieruń West will offer approximately 56,000 square meters of space within a modern logistics complex. The facility will be constructed in accordance with MLP Group standards, meeting the highest technical, operational, and environmental requirements. The project will be BREEAM certified at an Excellent level, confirming its high energy efficiency and the implementation of solutions supporting sustainable development.
MLP Bieruń West is being built in a strategic location in Upper Silesia, directly adjacent to National Road No. 44 and just 3.5 km from the planned S1 expressway junction. Its proximity to Tychy and convenient access to key transportation routes will ensure efficient distribution for future tenants in both the domestic and international markets.
