MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski with a new tenant
MLP Group consistently strengthens its position as the developer of choice for companies seeking modern, immediately available warehouse space. Borne Furniture, a renowned manufacturer of tabletops, shelving, and other furniture components, and a valued employer in the region, has joined the tenants of the MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski park.
Borne Furniture has leased 4,050 square meters of modern warehouse space in the MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski logistics center. A significant advantage of the offer was the ability to begin operations immediately. The company has already moved into the completed facility.
Borne Furniture specializes in the large-scale production of lightweight structures based on cellular boards, particularly tabletops, shelving, and other interior design elements. The company belongs to the German family-owned KMBT GmbH & Co. KG group based in Trierweiler, a renowned manufacturer of modern doors and door frames in Western Europe for over 60 years. It has been operating in Poland since 1998, initially under the Klaus Borne Door Factory brand. The company’s dynamic growth accelerated after establishing a long-term partnership with IKEA in 2000.
“Acquiring a new tenant confirms that our offering meets real market needs. More and more companies are seeking not only the right location and high-quality space, but also the opportunity to quickly launch their operations. By maintaining a pool of ready-made warehouse units in key logistics parks, we are able to immediately prepare an attractive offer for companies that cannot or do not want to wait for their investment to be completed. This is one of our key competitive advantages and also proof of the attractiveness and flexibility of our portfolio,” emphasized Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group.
“The decision to choose space at MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski was a natural step for us. The proximity to our production plant and the ability to immediately commence operations in a ready-made facility were key factors. We are pleased to have found a partner who flexibly responded to our needs and created favorable conditions for further growth,” said Andrzej Behrendt, Member of the Management Board of Borne Furniture.
MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski is a modern logistics park that, once fully completed, will offer approximately 40,000 square meters of warehouse space. The investment is being developed in accordance with the highest market standards and the MLP Group’s sustainable development strategy. All buildings within the complex are BREEAM New Construction certified with an Excellent rating, which translates into high energy efficiency, a reduced environmental footprint, and lower operating costs for tenants. This allows MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski to address both current business needs and the long-term challenges of decarbonization and the responsible development of the logistics real estate sector.
The park is located in the western part of Gorzów Wielkopolski, approximately 9 km from the city center, directly adjacent to the S3 expressway junction. One of its greatest advantages is its proximity to the German border (53 km) and Berlin (approximately 135 km), making the investment an attractive location for both domestic and international operations. Access to public transport is an additional convenience, enhancing the comfort of employees and users of the facility.
