MLP Business Park Łódź with a new tenant

Winkler Polska has joined the ranks of tenants at the modern logistics center MLP Business Park Łódź. The automotive parts distributor has leased approximately 1,500 square meters of space, strengthening its presence in central Poland.

MLP Group has signed a new lease agreement in a newly constructed business park in the Łódź metropolitan area. The leased space comprises approximately 1,100 square meters of modern warehouse space and over 400 square meters of comfortable social and office space, designed with operational efficiency and team comfort in mind.

Winkler is one of Europe’s leading groups in the technical trade for the transportation sector. With over 1,700 employees in over 40 locations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, it offers a wide range of spare parts for trucks, buses, trailers, agricultural and construction machinery, as well as workshop equipment and hydraulic components. From the three largest central warehouses for commercial vehicle parts in Europe, with over 200,000 spare parts readily available, goods reach customers as quickly as possible thanks to an advanced logistics and delivery concept. In 2025, the company achieved sales of approximately €610 million.

MLP Business Park Łódź is the Group’s second project in the Łódź region. The facilities are being constructed in accordance with a sustainable development strategy and will be BREEAM New Construction certified with an Excellent rating. The investment incorporates a number of environmentally friendly solutions, including: Green roofs, compensatory plantings, bird nesting boxes, EPD-certified materials, and FSC wood. The buildings are designed for the installation of photovoltaic panels, and the infrastructure includes covered bicycle parking and water-saving fixtures. Over half of the site is occupied by green areas, and the glass office facades emphasize the modern and energy-efficient character of the development.

The park is being developed on a 14.4-hectare plot and offers 28,200 square meters of modern space. The development is located just 10 km from the center of Łódź, near public transportation stops. It is approximately 4 km from the A1 motorway (Łódź Wschód junction), 25 km from the A2 motorway (Łódź Północ junction), and 15 km from the S14 expressway. This location ensures efficient logistics services for both the local and national markets.
