Marq Logistics Łódź III with a new tenant

Polish brand TATUUM has leased approximately 18,500 square meters of warehouse space at Marq Logistics Łódź III. “In fashion, it’s not just style that matters, but also a facility that can keep pace with the brand’s ambitions,” says Tomasz Dziubka, Logistics Director at TATUUM.

TATUUM is a renowned Polish clothing brand specializing in affordable premium fashion for women, with an emphasis on timeless, capsule designs inspired by nature. Founded over 25 years ago in Łódź, it currently operates over 140 brick-and-mortar stores in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Romania, and recently began expanding into the Baltic markets. The opening of its first store in Riga in February 2026 was an important step in implementing its growth strategy in Central and Eastern Europe. Currently, the brand is present in 30 markets – through brick-and-mortar stores and e-commerce – and is present in 30 markets.

Due to its dynamic growth and expanding sales network, the company has decided to increase its warehouse space.

New logistics center to support omnichannel development

Tomasz Dziubka, Logistics Director at TATUUM, emphasizes:

Relocating to a new logistics center in Łódź is an important element in preparing TATUUM for the next stage of development – ​​both in Poland and international markets. We are gaining greater operational flexibility, better conditions for operating an omnichannel model, and space that accommodates the growing scale of our operations.”

As part of the lease, TATUUM will occupy approximately 17,500 square meters of distribution space, which will be a key element of supporting omnichannel sales. Additionally, employees will benefit from 1,000 square meters of modern office space.

Marq Logistics Łódź III – a modern space for growing tenants

Marq Logistics Łódź III is a modern distribution center located directly adjacent to the A1 motorway, providing quick connections to key markets in Poland. The park offers flexible warehouse units starting from 5,000 sq m, allowing for space to be tailored to individual tenant needs.

The facility’s technical standards include:

• storage height up to 10 m,
• functional loading dock layout,
• solutions supporting the efficiency of logistics processes.

The investment is being implemented in accordance with the principles of sustainable development and meets the requirements of BREEAM Very Good certification, confirming its environmentally friendly nature and energy efficiency.
