M4B is a new tenant of MLP Pruszków II

Polish technology company M4B has launched operations in one of the largest and fastest-growing logistics parks in the region. The company has leased approximately 3,600 square meters of modern space in a newly constructed warehouse at MLP Pruszków II.

MLP Group is dynamically commercializing the expanded MLP Pruszków II complex, systematically expanding its tenant base representing various economic sectors. M4B is the newest tenant, having signed a contract for approximately 3,600 square meters of space. Nearly 3,300 square meters will be designated for warehousing, while over 300 square meters will be occupied by modern office and staff spaces.

M4B S.A. is a Polish technology company that has been providing solutions in visual communication, digital signage, and multimedia devices for over 20 years. The company combines its experience with its own design and manufacturing capabilities to create comprehensive systems that support the development of its clients’ businesses.

M4B specializes in the design, production, and implementation of customized devices—from kiosks and self-service checkouts to visual information systems and AI solutions for large retail chains, QSR restaurants, transport operators, public institutions, and hospitality companies. The company supports clients at every stage of the project: from needs analysis, through design and production, to integration with IT systems, service, and long-term development.

MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics park located in the Brwinów commune, approximately 5 km from Pruszków, in the immediate vicinity of Warsaw. It is the largest logistics complex in the region, with a target leasable area of ​​427,000 square meters. Selected buildings have received the prestigious BREEAM certification. In line with MLP Group’s ESG strategy, photovoltaic panels are being installed on the roofs of the buildings.

The park boasts excellent transport accessibility. It is located between local road no. 760 and the A2 motorway, just 3 km from the Pruszków-Żbików junction. International railway lines run nearby, providing excellent conditions for domestic and international logistics. An additional advantage is the bus stop located within the park and the self-service Nextbike bicycle station.
