LOGISTEED focuses on development in Warsaw
Panattoni and LOGISTEED Poland are expanding their partnership in Warsaw. The logistics operator has extended its current agreement and expanded the leased space at Panattoni Park Warsaw North II to 50,000 sqm. The transaction ensures the investment’s full commercialization.
The new agreement, which covers an 18% expansion, confirms the strategic importance of the location for LOGISTEED Poland’s operations and the growing scale of the operator’s logistics processes.
“The decision to expand the space at Panattoni Park Warsaw North II stems from the dynamic growth in volumes. The new warehouse will enable faster customer service and improved operational efficiency in a key region of the country. This step is also a significant element in the implementation of our long-term strategy for developing contract logistics in Poland and the CEE region.” – comments Robert Łobas, Warehouse Product Manager, LOGISTEED Poland.
The expansion of the existing tenant and the simultaneous achievement of full commercialization of the investment strengthen Panattoni Park Warsaw North II’s position as one of the most important logistics centers in the northern part of the Warsaw metropolitan area.
“For tenants, not only the excellent location and high standard of the facility are becoming increasingly important, but also the opportunity for further development within the existing park. The fact that LOGISTEED Poland has decided to both extend the partnership and increase the space occupied is the best proof of the quality of our project and its business potential,” comments Michał Samborski, Head of Development at Panattoni.
Panattoni Park Warsaw North II comprises nearly 88,000 sq m of modern industrial space, and next to the park, the developer also completed a complex of three custom-built buildings totaling 50,000 sq m for Poczta Polska.
The investment is located directly adjacent to the Radzymin Południe junction on the S8 expressway. This guarantees efficient connections to Warsaw and Poland’s major urban centers, including Białystok and Wrocław. The journey to the capital city center takes approximately 30 minutes, and the proximity to the largest consumer market and one of the most important labor markets in the country are an additional advantage for tenants.
