Białystok with a new logistics investment
Panattoni has delivered its latest investment in the Podlaskie Voivodeship. Panattoni Park Białystok III is a modern logistics complex spanning over 32,000 sqm, located in Choroszcz. Even before construction was completed, the developer secured six tenants – companies from the courier, logistics, construction, environmental protection, and retail sectors, including consumer electronics and cosmetics. The remaining space – 9,400 sqm – is currently the only Class A warehouse offering in the region.
“The development of Panattoni Park Białystok III – our third investment in the region – confirms the growing importance of the Podlaskie Voivodeship on the Polish logistics map. The region is increasingly attracting companies operating both domestically and internationally. The development of road infrastructure plays a key role here, strengthening Białystok’s position as a key distribution point in this part of Europe. We are pleased that another Panattoni investment in the Podlaskie Voivodeship has generated significant interest from tenants,” says Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni.
The new park represents the next stage of Panattoni’s expansion in northeastern Poland. The developer was the first to introduce modern Class A industrial spaces to the Podlaskie Voivodeship, completing three facilities totaling 109,000 square meters.
The facility was built directly adjacent to the Białystok-Zachód junction on the S8 expressway. Its location provides convenient access to the national transport network and the Via Carpatia route, which will ultimately connect Northern and Southern Europe. The park is approximately 16 km from Białystok city center, enabling efficient service to the regional, domestic, and international distribution markets.
In accordance with the developer’s standard, the project will receive a BREEAM Excellent certification, confirming, among other things, the implementation of solutions supporting energy efficiency and reduced water consumption. The facility also includes infrastructure supporting sustainable mobility, including electric vehicle charging stations.
